Catholic Performing Arts Festival
It is with great honour that we share our success in our school’s participation in the Catholic Performing Arts. We are very blessed to have so many hard working and committed staff who give of their time to support our students to explore and develop their God given gifts. For the third year in a row, our rock band has won the Archbishop Costelloe award for Contemporary Band Primary. This year, we had two year 6 students who received an award at the Angelico Art Exhibition.
We were delighted and honoured to be awarded a prestigious award this year, the Zenith Commendation Award for Sustained Improvement Primary. We are blessed to have a very passionate Music teacher, Christine Peters, who goes above and beyond her teaching role to coordinate an Instrumental Program, and work closely with tutors and very talented staff so that our students can experience the spirit and tradition of the performing arts.
A big thank you to all involved.
